| 摘 要： | 本文报道４０例超声引导自动活检技术在肝脏弥漫性和局限性病变诊断中应用的成功经验。结果表明，肝脏取材成功率很高（１００％），全部病例皆可作出满意的组织学诊断，而且十分安全。作者认为，这种新的活检技术对于肝脏弥漫性或局限性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义，值得加以推广使用。

| Abstract: | cases of ultrascund-gnided automatic biopsy(USGAB) in diffuse and focar hepatic disease were performed. Results showed that successful rate of hepatic biopsy was very high (100%), all cases could make histopathologic diagnosis. Author considered that USGAB is very useful method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of focal and/or diffuse hepatic disease. |
