甘肃省包虫病流行概况

通过对１９８０－１９９０年甘肃省各大医院的病案调查，１３个县部分人群的免疫学检测，６个县的家畜和４个县的家犬部检，对我省包虫病的人和畜间感染，患病情况以及地理分布做了初步调查。结果表明：包虫病在甘肃省５２个县（市，区）有不同程度的流行，以囊型包虫病为主，占９３．６１％，泡型占６．３９％ｚ；患以青壮年为主，占５９．１６％，儿童亦占一定比例；

The Epidemiological Investigation on Hydatidosis in Gansu Province

A preliminary investigation on hydatidosis infection in people and domestic animals and its geographical distribution were carried out with the methods such as the case survey in main hospitals of the province, serological tests for part people in 15 counties, infection survey for domestic animals in 6 counties and for dogs in 4 counties in the province. By pathological typing, the most is Echinococcosis granularis (93.63%) and some are child patients. IDT positive rate is 9.78% and IHA positive rate in IDT positive people is 23.62% . The infection rate of sheep, cattle, pigs and dogs are 65.45%, 56.38%, 14.86% and 21.55% respectively. In geographical distribution, the patients are consistent with the infections of domestic animals, the human hydatidosis are caused by the higher prevalence rate in domestic animals.
