| 摘 要： | 报道了1994年4—5月南疆喀什霍乱疫区从8种水禽候鸟肠道及其栖息地水源中分离鉴定61株非O1群霍乱弧菌的血清型分布。49.2％菌株可鉴定出12个血清型。其中5个水源菌株3株2个血清型与水鸟分离株同型,10个血清型与1993年调查结果不同型,6个血清型为新疆首次发现。再次证实水禽候鸟能携带非O1群VC,并经生态活动传播非O1群VC。

| Abstract: | The paper reported the distribution of VBO serum types of 61 non-Ol Vihrio Cholerae from intestinal tubes of 8 kinds of migratory water birds and from the water where the water birds live in kashi of southern Xinjiang during April to May, 1994. The 12 serum types could be classified (49. 2%) ,of which 10 serum types were different from 1993 and 6 serum types were found for the first time in Xinjiang. Of the 5 VBO strains from the water, 3 strains and 2 serum types were all the same with the water birds. It was proved again that the water birds could carry and transmit non - Ol vibrio cholerae through migration residences. |
