早期局部亚低温治疗重症脑卒中的临床观察

目的观察早期应用局部亚低温治疗重症脑卒中的临床疗效。方法将80例重症脑卒中患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，给予早期局部亚低温治疗加常规治疗，对照组40例，仅予常规治疗。治疗前后两组均给予临床疗效评定及神经功能缺损评分（NDS）。结果治疗组第3、4周患者神经功能缺损评分较对照组降低（P〈0．05）。两组疗效比较治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论早期局部亚低温治疗重症脑卒中，有助于神经功能的恢复及改善预后。

Clinical study of the local mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe cerebral stroke at early stage.

Objective To observe the effect of the local mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe cerebral storke..Methods 80 eases of severe cerebral stroke were randomly allocated to two groups ： treatment group（40 cases）received conventional treatment plus local mild hypothermia at early stage, while control group （40 cases）only accepted conventional treatment, stroke scale （NDS） and clinical effect were compared at different times before and after treatment in two groups. Results NDS of treatment group decreased at 2,4 weeks（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Dimical effect of treatment group was better than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion The early local mild hypothermia therapy can promote neural function recovery, and significantly improve prognosis of severe cerebral stroke patients.
