坏疽性胆囊炎临床特点分析

目的探讨坏疽性胆囊炎的临床特点。方法回顾性分析1996年1月至2004年12月在我科经手术治疗的坏疽性胆囊炎患者70例病例资料。结果平均年龄63岁;大于60岁患者(占71%);血白细胞明显升高,≥17×109/L44例(占62.8%);B超检查结果显示全部病例均有胆囊结石,其中胆囊颈部结石嵌顿36例(占51%);47例(占67.1%)有一种以上合并症。结论坏疽性胆囊炎老年多见,血白细胞总数升高程度结合B超检查有助早期诊断。

Analysis of the clinical characteristics for gangerenous cholecystitis

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of gangerenous cholecysitits.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical features and laboratory data of 70 gengernous cholecystitis cases,all having been treated by operations.Results Average age was 63 years.The patients over 60 years old were 50 cases (71%).Patients with leuconcytosis count over 17×10~9/L in all patients was 44 cases (62.8%),All patients showed cholelithiasis by B-ultrasound,calculus impaction in the neck of gallbladder were 36 cases (51%).47 cases(67.1%)had one or more than one of concomitant diseases.Conclusion The incidence of gangerenous cholecystitis is higher in the aged patients,the level of white blood cell counting combined with B-ultrasound are helpful for making early diagnosis of gangernous choluystitis.
