| 摘 要： | 目的探讨包膜外瘤体切除治疗肝血管瘤的手术指征和切除技巧。方法总结我院2003年7月至2009年10月采用包膜外瘤体切除治疗的26例肝血管瘤资料,术中均行血管瘤包膜外切除,切除瘤体37个,术中出血200~1200 ml,平均460 ml。同时行胆囊切除4例。结果术后发生右侧胸腔积液2例,右膈下包裹性积液2例,无手术死亡发生。术后随访6个月~5年,无血管瘤复发。结论严格掌握肝血管瘤的手术指征,包膜外瘤体切除是治疗肝血管瘤最有效、首选的治疗方法。
