| 摘 要： | 目的研究MK1和Asc-52精密附着体在后牙游离缺失修复中的临床效果。方法36例后牙游离缺失患者分为2组,分别采用MK1和Asc-52精密附着体义齿修复,随访2年,进行临床观察和X线检查,对2种附着体义齿的修复效果进行综合评价。结果2组36例患者对附着体义齿修复均感觉美观舒适,语音正常,咀嚼功能佳,修复体稳固。临床复查基牙无松动,牙龈无退缩,义齿组织面牙龈无肿胀、无压痛,义齿稳固无摆动;X线检查示牙槽骨无吸收,根尖无病变。MK1组中4例患者由于钥匙孔太靠远中,摘戴有些不便。结论修复后牙游离缺失,MK1和Asc-52精密附着体义齿都是比较理想的选择。
