茂名市2012年消毒与病媒生物控制分析

摘    要:目的了解茂名市消毒与病媒生物控制工作现状,以便加强医疗、托幼机构感染和虫媒传染病防控。方法对茂名市各类医疗、托幼机构消毒效果和病媒生物开展监测工作,并对监测结果进行分析和研究。结果2012年茂名市共监测医疗机构47家,共采样650份,合格636份,合格率97.8%;监测托幼机构98家,共采样216份,合格188份,合格率87.0%;病媒生物监测显示茂名市蚊密度38.49只/盏、蝇密度2.2只/笼、蟑螂密度0.16只/盒、鼠密度0.53只/夹、伊蚊诱蚊诱卵指数3.81。结论2012年茂名市各类医疗、托幼机构消毒效果质量总体较好,病媒生物密度控制较好。

Disinfection and vector biology control analysis of Maoming city in 2012

Abstract:Objective To investigate the disinfection and vector control status of Maoming City, in order to strengthen the disease prevention and control measures for medical institutions, kindergartens and insect - borne infectious. Methods To conduct surveillance on the disinfection effect and disease vectors for all kinds of medical institutions, kindergartens of Maoming City, and to research, analyze the monitoring results. Results There are 47 medical institutions been monitored of Maoming city in 2012, a total of 650 samples were collected, 636 were qualified, a pass rate of 97.8% ; 98 kindergartens been monitored, a total of 216 samples, 188 were qualified, a pass rate of 87% ; the vector surveillance display urban mosquito density 38.49 / lamp, fly density 2.2 / cage, the cockroach density 0. 16 / box, 0. 53% rat density / clip, Aedes mosquito lure eggs index of 3.81. Conclusions Disinfection effect quality is good on the whhole for all kinds of medical institutions and kindergartens of Maoming City in 2012, the density of vector control is generally good.
