系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中抗Apo A-1抗体水平变化及其临床意义

目的检测系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清中抗载脂蛋白A-1（ApoA-1）抗体变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取2011年8月-2013年5月于河北北方学院附属第二医院进行诊治的47例SLE患者及40例健康体检者作为研究对象,详细记录患者临床资料并检测血清中抗ApoA-1抗体、dsDNA抗体及其他生化指标,根据不同临床指标进行分组并进行统计学分析。结果健康对照组相比,SLE患者抗ApoA-1抗体水平升高（35．8±5．2）U／mLVS（14．7±3．1）U／ml,P〈0．05,其中活动期患者抗ApoA-1抗体升高更为显著（40．1±6．7）U／ml;抗dsDNA抗体阳性SLE患者血清中抗ApoA—l抗体水平较对照组均显著升高（39．0±5．8）U／mlVS（30．84-6．1）U／ml,P〈0．05）。相关性分析结果显示抗ApoA-1抗体与SLEDAI呈正相关（r=0．627,P〈0．05）,与HDL水平呈负相关（r=-0．453,P〈0．05）。结论SLE患者外周血中异常表达的抗ApoA-1抗体可能与SLE疾病活动有关,可作为反映病情活动的有效指标。

Change of anti- Apo A -1 antibody level in serum and its clinical significance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To detect serum anti - apolipoprotein A - 1 （ Apo A - 1 ） antibody level changes in pa-tients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus （SLE） , and explore its clinical significance. Methods From Aug 2011 to May 2013, 47 SLE patients and 40 healthy controls in the second affiliated hospital of Hebei north u- niversity were chose as research objects, patients＇clinical data were detailed records, anti Apo A - 1 antibody, dsDNA antibody in the serum and other biochemical indicators were detected. Data were analyzed using meth- od of statistics. Results Compared with healthy controls, anti ApoA - 1 antibody of SLE patients were in- creased （35.8± 5.2） U/mL vs （ 14.. 7±3.1 ） U/mL, P 〈 0.05, of which activity SLE patients were much more higher （40. 1±6.7 ） U/mL ; anti ApoA - 1 antibody of anti - dsDNA antibody positive SLE patients were marked increase compare with negative patients （39.0±5.8） U/mL vs 30. 8 ±6. 1 ） U/mL, P 〈 0. 05. Correlation analysis results showed that anti Apo A-1 antibody was positively correlated with the SLEDAI （r = 0. 627, P 〈 0. 05 ）, and negatively correlated with HDL levels （ r = 0. 453, P 〈 O. 05 ） . Conclusions Anti ApoA - 1 antibody abnormal expression may be associated with the activity of SLE, and can be used as effec-tive indicators to reflect the disease activity.
