摘    要:目的掌握广州市萝岗区居民食用盐碘含量水平,为巩固碘缺乏病防治效果采取科学干预策略提供依据。方法按照《碘缺乏病监测方案》和《2013年广东省医改地方病防治项目实施方案》的要求,采用分层随机抽样方法,将萝岗区按东、西、南、北、中划分为5个片区,在每个片区各抽取1个镇(街),每个镇(街)随机抽取4个村(居委),每个村(居委)随机抽检15户居民食用盐,用定性和定量方法进行碘含量检测。结果共采集300份居民食用盐样品,合格碘盐295份,不合格碘盐5份,非碘盐5份。碘盐覆盖率为98.3%,碘盐合格率为100.0%,合格碘盐食用率为98.3%,非碘盐率为1.7%,5个镇(街)合格碘盐食用率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.39,P〈0.05)。结论萝岗区居民合格碘盐食用率远远高于国家标准(〉90%),碘缺乏病防治效果良好,但非碘盐问题仍然存在,应继续巩固碘缺乏病的防治成果。

Iodized salt monitoring results analysis of Luogang district residents of Guangzhou in 2013

Abstract:Objective To understand the iodine content in edible salt level of Luogang district residents in Guangzhou, provide basis for scientific intervention strategies on consolidating the prevention effect of IDD. Methods According to the requirements of Iodine deficiency disease monitoring program and Reform of endemic disease prevention project implementation plan of Guangdong Province 2013, by stratified random sampling method, divide the Luogang District into East, West, South, North and middle 5 parts, 1 town (street) were selected from each district, 4 villages (neighbourhoods) were randomly chosen in each town (street), 15 households" edible salt were randomly chosen in each villages (villages) iodine content was detected by qualitative and quantitative methods. Results A total of 300 edible salt samples were collected, 295 iodized salt qualified, 5 iodized salt unqualified, 5 non iodized salt . The coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.3% , the qualified rate of iodized salt was 100%, the rate of qualified iodized salt was 98.3%, the rate of non iodized salt for 1.7%, there were statistically significant difference for the rate of qualified iodized salt of 5 towns (street) (χ2 = 20.39, P 〈 O. 05 ) . Conclusions Qualified iodized salt rate of Luogang District residents is much higher than the national standard ( 〉 90% ), non iodized salt problem still exists, should continue ease prevention and control. iodine deficiency disease prevention effect is good, but to consolidate the achievements of iodine deficiency disease prevention and control.
