青天葵挥发油成分分析

摘    要:目的分析青天葵药材中挥发油的化学组分。方法采用气-质联用技术系统分析青天葵中挥发油的成分,每一组分根据峰面积归一法计算其含量。结果共鉴定出55种成分,占总挥发油含量的97.1%,其中6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl)含量最高,达13.55%。结论6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl)可作为同属植物鉴别的依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the constitutes of essential oil form Nervilia fordii. Methods GC-MS was used to analyze the essential oil. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Fifty-five kinds of constitutes were identified,accounting 97.1 %of total contents. The content of 2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl is the highest,being 13.55 %,which had also been found in the same family. Conclusion 2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl can be used for the identification of the same family.
