摘    要:学科是高校教育的基本功能单位。学科整体水平与能力在一定程度上标志着高校的学术地位。学科建设是集师资、科研、教学水平为一体的综合性整体性建设。研究生教育是高层次的高等教育,发展研究生教育需要高素质师资队伍和较好的教学设施与教学环境。因此,研究生教育的发展既依赖于学科的发展,又能促进学科建设发展,二者相互依托,互相促进。本文分析了南华大学药理学科研究生教育发展历程与现状,结合学科实际,探讨研究生教育在促进师资建设、科技创新、活跃学科文化氛围和学术气氛,提升本科教学水平以及推动学科建设国际化进程中的作用。

Abstract:Disciplines are the basic functional units of university education. The overall level and ability of disciplines represents the academic status of a university. Discipline construction is an entirety integrating teaching staff, scientific research and teaching. The development of graduate education, a higher level of higher education, requires teachers of high caliber and good teaching facilities and environment. Therefore, graduate education relies on and promotes the development of disciplines. These two rely on each other and promote each other. In this article, we analyzed the development course and status quo of pharmacology graduate education in Nanhua University. We discussed the role of graduate education in promoting teacher resources construction, innovating science and technology, activating academic atmosphere of disciplines as well as raising undergraduate education level and promoting the internationalization of discipline construction.
