| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗(简称新农合)是广大农村居民的健康保障制度,是建设社会主义新农村的重大举措.通过对青海省大通县贫困参合住院者的住院情况及补偿情况的分析,探讨了新农合对农村贫困家庭的影响.结果 表明,新农合在一定程度上减轻了青海省大通县贫困住院患者家庭的疾病经济负担,参合者对新农合的满意度也较高,但大通县新农合补偿水平仍有待进一步提高,此外还要建立多层次的保障体系,对新农合的宣传也有待加强.

| Abstract: | New cooperative medical scheme is a scheme which assures the health of rural residents and it plays an important role in the construction of new countryside.In this article, we analyzed the data of hospitalization of poor enrollees in Datong County, Qinghai Province, and tried to find out how the scheme influenced those families.The results shows new cooperative medical scheme relieved the economic burden of diseases of poor families at a certain degree, and most enrollees are satisfied with it. Meanwhile, the reimbursement level should be improved in Datong County, and awareness raising should be strengthened. |
