| 摘 要： | 目的：研究草酸铂联合HLF化疗方案（羟基喜树碱＋甲酰四氢叶酸钙＋5-氟尿嘧啶）治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法：对92例晚期胃癌患者采用草酸铂联合HLF方案进行全身化疗。结果：92例胃癌患者,化疗总有效率为55.43%。骨髓抑制发生率为77%,其中60%为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度,10.87%为Ⅳ度;胃肠道反应发生率为39.1%,33%为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度;肝功损害发生率为8.7%,均为Ⅰ度。神经感觉障碍发生率达81.52%,以I级为主。所有患者均未因不良反应中断或退出治疗。1、2、3年生存率分别为63.04%,43.48%及30.43%,中位生存期为11.43个月。结论：草酸铂联合HLF化疗方案方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效肯定,不良反应较轻。
