玫瑰精油对小鼠局灶性脑缺血的作用研究

目的：观察玫瑰精油（Rose Essential Oil,REO）对小鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法：线栓法制备小鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型（middle cerebralartery occlusion,MCAO）诱导脑缺血。REO（200、100、50 mg.kg-1）在术前3天开始每天灌胃给药1次,第3天在缺血前1 h给药,脑缺血24 h后,测定小鼠神经功能缺失评分、脑梗死面积、组织病理学检查、脑水肿评定。结果：REO（200、100 mg.kg-1）术前3天给药可明显改善脑缺血小鼠神经功能损伤,减小脑梗死体积和减轻脑水肿程度,均能改善单纯脑缺血小鼠缺血侧脑组织的病理形态,减轻神经细胞损伤。结论：REO剂量依赖性的保护小鼠局灶性脑缺血急性损伤,能改善小鼠神经功能缺失评分、脑梗死面积、组织病理学检查、脑水肿,有效剂量为200 mg.kg-1和100 mg.kg-1。

Effect of Rose Essential Oil on cerebral ischemia injury in mouse

Objective：To observe the effect of Rose Essential Oil on cerebral ischemia injury in mouse. Methods：mouse cerebral ischemia injury model was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion,the nerve injury symptoms were evaluated,the infarction area and the level of neurologic deficits and score and histopathological examination、cerebral edema evaluation. Results：possesses cerebral ischemia injury in mouse,the Rose Essential Oil could improve the nerve injury symptoms,reduce the infraction area of brain and inhibit the development of traumatic brain edema,reduce the effect of histopathological examination. Conclusion：Rose Essential Oil has protective effect on cerebral ischemia injury in mouse,it could improve the nerve injury symptoms,reduce the infraction area of brain and inhibit the development of traumatic brain edema,reduce the effect of histopathological examination.
