摘    要:目的:探讨人乳头瘤状病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)在新疆哈萨克族食管癌中的型别分布情况。方法:采用基因芯片技术对194例哈族食管癌石蜡组织标本进行23种HPV基因型别检测,同时,对检测HPV单一型别阳性样本进行DNA测序验证。结果:共检测出7种HPV型别,HPV总感染率为32.5%(63/194),其中,高危型HPV16的感染率最高为27.8%(54/194),检出其他高危型为HPV18、HPV35和HPV52。低危型中HPV6感染率最高为5.2%(10/194),其他低危型HPV11,HPV43各检出1例。多重感染率为11.1%(7/63),并全为二重感染。按照食管癌类型、年龄、性别对哈族食管癌中的HPV感染状况进行比较分析,差异均无统计学意义。食管鳞癌中HPV基因型分布也与病理分化程度无关。结论:新疆哈萨克族食管癌存在HPV感染,HPV感染可能与食管癌的发生、发展有一定的相关性,且HPV16是哈族食管癌的主要感染型别。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of types of human papillomavirus(HPV) in Xinjiang Kazakh esophageal carcinoma.
