| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性分析消化道淋巴瘤的CT表现。方法：回顾经病理证实的19例消化道淋巴瘤的CT资料,分析其CT表现。结果：消化道淋巴瘤大多表现为消化道管壁的弥漫性增厚及周围淋巴结增大;动脉瘤样扩张和病灶内积气是回肠淋巴瘤的特征性表现;粘膜相关性淋巴组织淋巴瘤多见于胃部,且病变厚度较其他类型淋巴瘤略薄。结论：CT是诊断消化道淋巴瘤的有效手段,可以对病变进行准确的分期。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the CT manifestation of gastrointestinal lymphoma retrospectively. Methods:The CT data of 18 cases gastrointestinal lymphoma with verifield by pathology were reviewed retrospectively.To analyze the CT manifestation.
