| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨男性颈动脉粥样硬化患者血浆同型半胱氨酸与血脂、血尿酸的关系。方法：将183例男性颈动脉粥样硬化患者根据血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分为2组：高同型半胱氨酸组（A组）57例和正常同型半胱氨酸组（B组）126例,比较2组体质量指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、脂蛋白（a）Lp（a）]、空腹血糖（FBG）、血尿酸（UA）、超敏CRP（hs-CRP）的差异。结果：A组的SBP、TC、LDL-C、Lp（a）、UA与B组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：男性颈动脉粥样硬化患者Lp（a）、UA与血浆同型半胱氨酸有关。
