摘    要:目的:比较经胸超声心动图(TTE)与经食管超声心动图(TEE)对心脏疾病中的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析行TEE与TTE对比检查46例心脏病患者的临床资料。结合直视下心脏外科手术、封堵术,比较TEE与TTE心脏超声影像特点,分析两者在诊断心脏疾病中的差异。结果:TEE诊断心脏疾病准确率为100%,TTE的准确率为82.6%。TEE虽然无法替代TTE,但它可以得到许多TTE无法获得的诊断信息。结论:术前开展TEE有助于提高心脏疾病诊断准确性。

Abstract:Objective:Our aim was to compare the value of transthoracic echocardiography with transesophageal echocardiography in the diagnosis of heart diseases.Methods:Forty-six patients with heart diseases identified by open heart surgery or closure were underwent transthoracic echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography,then their characteristic of echocardiography and the value of diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The accuracy of transesophageal echocardiography in diagnosis of heart diseases was 100%(46/46),which was higher than that of transthoracic echocardiography with marked difference.Although transesophageal echocardiography is not about to usurp transthoracic echocardiography,the result revealed that transesophageal echocardiography could provided more interesting data than that of transthoracic echocardiography.Conclusions:Use of transesophageal echocardiography for heart disease patients will attribute to enhance the diagnostic accuracy before operation.
