美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的效果观察

目的观察美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的效果。方法 86例稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各43例。两组均给予对症治疗措施,在此基础上,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,试验组采用美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗。观察比较两组患者临床指标变化情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率95.3%高于对照组的81.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者心绞痛发作频率及硝酸甘油使用剂量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者心绞痛发作频率低于治疗前、硝酸甘油使用剂量少于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组心绞痛发作频率(1.11±0.76)次/个月低于对照组的(2.23±1.51)次/个月、硝酸甘油使用剂量(1.55±0.92)mg/个月少于对照组的(2.24±1.14)mg/个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛临床疗效确切,可显著降低患者心绞痛发作频率,减少硝酸甘油使用剂量,改善心电图及临床症状,值得在临床推广。

Observation on the effect of metoprolol combined with Danhong injection on patients with stable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol combined with Danhong injection on patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 86 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups received symptomatic treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with metoprolol, and the experimental group was treated with metoprolol and Danhong injection. The changes of clinical indicators were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.3% in the experimental group was higher than 81.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in frequency of angina attack and dosage of nitroglycerin between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the frequency of angina attack in the two groups was lower than those before treatment, and dosage of nitroglycerin was less than those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The frequency of angina attack(1.11±0.76) times/month in the experimental group was lower than(2.23±1.51) times/month in the control group, and dosage of nitroglycerin(1.55±0.92) mg/month was less than(2.24±1.14) mg/month in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of metoprolol and Danhong injection shows affirmative clinical efficacy for the treatment of stable angina pectoris, and it can significantly lower the frequency of angina attack, reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin, and improve electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
