| 摘 要： | 目的：观察普米克吸入剂对哮喘患者肺功能的改善情况。方法：选取35例轻、中度哮喘患者，用普米克吸入剂，200μg/次，2次/d。连续使用4周，治疗前和疗程结束时，检查肺功能以及患者临床症状。结果：治疗总有效率91.5%，治疗后肺功能改善，临床各项指标明显改善，未见大的副作用。结论：普米克气道吸入可明显改善轻、中度哮喘患者的通气功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of inhaled pulmicort on lung functions in asthma patients. Methods: Thirty-five patients with slight or moderate asthma were treated with inhaled pulmicort. Results: After four weeks, the treated group improved significantly in symptoms and lung functions (P<0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that inhaled pulmicort can improve lung functions in slight or moderate asthma patients. |
