| 摘 要： | 用钩吻总碱I对蟾蜍和大白鼠作实验观察,结果表明,有减慢心率的作用,它使蟾蜍心肌产生负性变时、变力、变传导的作用。对大白鼠心电图影响较小,这可能与中毒较轻有关。

| Abstract: | This experiment aims to understand the influence of gelsemium total alkaloid I on the ECG in toads and rats. The result shows that 1 % total alkaloid I plays a role in decreasing the heart rate in both animals and produces negative chronotr opic, inotropic and dromotropic action on toad heart muscle. Less influence was seen on rat ECG, this is probably related to mild degree of intoxication. |
