瘢痕组织成纤维细胞培养及其超微结构观察

摘    要:目的观察不同瘢痕组织体外成纤维细胞培养其形态结构的异同.方法切取正常皮肤、增殖性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织行体外成纤维细胞培养,观察其形态和超微结构.结果三类成纤维细胞大体形态学方面没有明显差异,但增殖性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞胞质中含有发达的粗面内质网和高尔基复合体,其增殖性瘢痕成纤维细胞还含有大量肌微丝,具有肌成纤维细胞(Myofibroblast,MF)特征.结论各类瘢痕成纤维细胞在体外培养状况下,其形态学表现稍有不同.

Observation of the ultrostructures of cicatricial fibroblasts in culture
Abstract:Objective The experiment was designed to observe the morphologies of fibroblasts isolated from different scars. Method The fibroblasts from skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid were cultured, respectively, in vitro, and their morphologies and ultrostructures were compared. Result The results showed that there was no significant difference of the cellular morphologies of fibroblasts in the 3 groups.The fibroblasts of hypertrophic scar and keloid contained abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golji complexes. Many fine myofilanents were present in hypertrophic scar fibroblast having the characteristics of myofibroblast. Conclusion There was no significant difference of the cellular morphologies in different cicatricial fibroblasts in culture.
