乳腺癌的早期X线诊断(附45例报告)

目的：为进一步提高早期乳腺癌的Ｘ线诊断水平。方法：作者总结了经手术病理证实４５例女性直径＜２ｃｍ早期乳腺癌的Ｘ线表现。结果：４５例中，１７例出现簇样钙化；２４例表现为肿瘤结节，１１例出现小灶致密影；４例局部结构紊乱；２例单支导管扩张。结论：诊断早期乳腺癌除了重视特征性征象：簇样钙化，毛刺状结节外，还应重视小灶致密影，局部结构紊乱、单支导管扩张等间接征象。

Early X-ray Diagnosis of Breast Cancer (A Report of 45 Cases)

Objective:To improve radiologic diagnostic rate of early breast cancer.Methods:The authors collected the mammographic images of 45 cases with early breast cancer less than 2 cm in diameter and confirmed by pathology.Results:Among 45 patients,17 cases presented clustered calcifications,24 cases showed knob,11 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density,4 cases occured focal architecture distortion,2 cases had single dilated duct.Conclusion:The authors consider that in early diagnosis,besides attaching importance to characteristic clustered calcifications and spiculated knobs,special attention should be payed to indirect signs such as small focus of inceased density,focal architecture distortion,or single dilated duct and so on.
