锐器损伤后的感受及防护措施

目的:探讨医务人员被锐器损伤后的感受,规范操作规程,确保自身安全。方法:临床医务人员发生锐器刺伤或职业暴露后主动上报院感科,院感科做记录后进行统计分析。结果:发生职业暴露10例,护士8名,医生2名。10例职业暴露均为锐器刺伤,3例暴露源患者的免疫学检测结果乙肝表面抗体、e抗体、核心抗体阳性,7例不详。3例发生在手术过程中,3例发生在抽血过程中,4例发生在整理器械及锐器时。结论:加强医护人员标准预防意识是今后工作中预防职业暴露的重点环节。

Objective：To investigate the feeling after being sharps injuries, standardized procedures to ensure their own safety. Methods ： The clinical staff or occupational needlestick injuries occur after exposure to active reporting hospital infection branch. To analyze the record of report. Results：Ten cases of occupational exposure, 8 cases of nurses, 2 cases of doctors. 10 cases of occupational exposures were needlestick injuries, 3 cases of exposure sources immunological test results in the 3 patients with hepatitis B surface antibody, e antibody, core antibody positive,7 cases unknown. 3 cases occurred during surgery,3 cases occurred in the blood during and 4 cases occurred in the finishing equipment and sharp instruments. Conclusion： Strengthening their standard prevention awareness, prevention of future work is the key aspects of occupational exposure.
