P16、P21蛋白表达与肝细胞癌预后的关系

 目的 研究P16、P21蛋白表达与肝细胞癌(HCC)预后的关系.方法 采用免疫组化SABC法染色检测46例HCC组织与38例癌旁组织P16、P21蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与预后的关系.结果 P16蛋白的阳性表达率在HCC(41.3%)显著低于癌旁组织(65.8%)(P＜0.05),P16蛋白阳性表达在术后3年复发组(17.4%)显著低于无复发组(73.7%)(P＜0.01),在3年存活组(64%)显著高于死亡组(11.8%,P＜0.01).P21蛋白的阳性表达率在HCC(19.6%)显著低于癌旁组织(52.6%)(P＜0.01),P21蛋白阳性表达在术后3年复发与无复发组差异无统计学意义,在术后3年存活组与死亡组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05). 结论 P16、P21蛋白的表达缺失同HCC的发生密切相关.且P16蛋白表达缺失与HCC的预后相关.P16蛋白的表达缺失是HCC预后的一个可靠因子.

Relationship between expression of P16,P21 proteins and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between expression of P16,P21 proteins and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Expressions of P16,P21 proteins were examined in 46 HCCs and their 38 pericarcinomatous tissues by immunohistochemical strepto-avidinbiotin-complex method.The correlation between expression of P16,P21 proteins and prognosis of HCC was analyzed.Results Positive expression rate of P16 protein in the carcinomatous tissues was significantly lower(41.3%) than that in the pericarcinomatous tissues(65.8%)(P<0.05),and significantly lower in 3-year recurrence group(17.4%) than that in nonrecurrence group((73.7%),)and significantly higher in 3-year survival group(64.0%)than that in dead group(11.8%).Positive expression rate of P21 protein in the carcinomatous tissues was significantly lower(19.6%) than in the pericarcinomatous tissues(52.6%)(P<0.01),but no significantly difference was found between 3-year recurrence group and nonrecurrence group,and between 3-year survival group and deatd group.Conclusions Depletion of P16,P21 protein expressions is closely related to hepatocellular carcinogenesis;and depletion of P16 protein expression is closely related to prognosis of HCC.P16 protein is a reliable prognostic factor of HCC.
