心理干预对使用胰岛素老年糖尿病患者焦虑的影响

目的观察心理干预对使用胰岛素治疗的老年糖尿病患者心理焦虑的影响,旨在提高老年糖尿病患者使用胰岛素治疗的依从性,改善患者的生活质量。方法将217例初次使用胰岛素治疗的老年糖尿病患者随机分为研究组109例,对照组108例。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）量化评判患者心理焦虑的状况、胰岛素治疗的依从性并进行比较。结果经治疗后,研究组有106例患者的焦虑状况通过心理干预得到稳定和好转,依从性明显增高;对照组66例焦虑状况有改善,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预应贯穿于老年糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗的全过程中,是改善患者心理焦虑的一种有效的手段,有助于提高患者使用胰岛素治疗的依从性,对改善老年糖尿病患者的生活质量具有重要意义。

Effect of Mental Intervention on Anxiety of Senile Diabetes Patients with Insulin Therapy

Objective To evaluate the effect of mental intervention on anxiety of senile diabetes patients with insulin therapy, in hopes of improving the patients＇ yield to insulin therapy and quality of life. Methods 217 senile diabetic patients who primary used insulin were divided into control group（ n = 108 ） and therapy group（ n = 109 ） randomly. The mental intervention was per formed in the therapy group. The anxiety states and yield to insulin therapy of patients in the two groups were evaluated with anxiety self evaluation scale before and after therapy. Results The anxiety statuses of 106 patients in the therapy group（106/109） and 66 cases in the control group（66/108 ） were improvement, and there was statistical difference between the both groups. The yield of patients to insulin therapy was also improved in the therapy group. Conclusion Mental intervention should be run ＂ . through the whole process of insulin therapy for elder diabetes. It is an effective method to improve the anxiety states of elder diabetes patients with insulin,the yield to insulin therapy,and their quantity of life.
