血清超敏C反应蛋白在儿科细菌感染性疾病诊断中的临床价值

摘    要:目的分析超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)在儿科细菌感染性疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测100例细菌感染性疾病患儿(实验组)和100例健康体检儿童(对照组)的血清标本中hs—CRP含量,同时对全血样本中的白细胞(WBC)进行计数,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果实验组血清hs—CRP水平和WBC计数均高于对照组(P〈0.05):治疗1个疗程后实验组hs—CRP水平和WBC计数均明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血清hs—CRP检测有助于儿科细菌感染性疾病的诊断和疗效观察,在炎症和组织损伤的鉴别诊断、疗效观察、病情监测和预后判断等方面均有重要的临床价值,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in pediatric bacterial infections diseases. Methods Serum hs-CRP levels were tested from 100 cases of pediatric bacterial infection (experimental group) and 100 healthy children (control group) with latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay,and the white blood cell (WBC) were counted,then the detection results were compared. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and WBC counts in experimental group were all higher than those of control group (P〈0.05);after a course of treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP and WBC counts in experimental group were significantly decreased,compared with before the treatment,the differences were all statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum hs-CRP detection is con- tribute to diagnosis and observation of treatment efficacy for pediatric bacterial infectious disease.It has significant clin- ical value in the differential diagnosis of inflammation and tissue damage,observation of treatment efficacy,monitoring and prognosis of the disease and it is worthy of clinical application.
