拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的效果观察

目的探讨拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的临床效果。方法将本院2010年2月～2012年6月收治的50例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者，根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组25例，对照组患者给予补充白蛋白、利胆、抗感染以及保肝等一般治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用拉米夫定治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的总胆红素（TBiL）、血清白蛋白（Alb）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、HBV—DNA转阴率。结果观察组HBV-DNA转阴率为72．0％，对照组为8．O％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患者的TBiL、Alb、AST及ALT均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。两组患者的不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论拉米夫定可改善乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者的肝脏储备功能．安伞有效．

Efficacy observation of lamivudine in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period

Objective To explore the clinical effect of lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period.Methods 50 cases of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period in our hospital from February 2010 to June 2012 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment,each group of 25 cases,the control group patients were given albumin supplementation,cholagogue function,an- ti-infection and protect liver,such as general treatment,the observation group patients were treated with lamivudine on the basis of the control group.The total bilirubin （TBiL）,serum albumin （Alb）,aspartate transaminase （AST）,alanine transaminase （ALT）,HBV-DNA turn overcast rate between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was compared.Results The HBV-DNA turn overcast rate in observation group was 72.0%,the control group was 8.0%,the difference was significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The TBiL,Alb,AST and ALT in the observation group after treatment was superior to that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）.Condusion Lamivudine can improve the hepatitis B cirrhosis of liv- er reserve function in patients with decompensated period,which is safe and effective.
