甘精胰岛素联合运动疗法在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合运动疗法在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2010年8月。2013年2月于本院进行治疗的92例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（甘精胰岛素组）46例和观察组（甘精胰岛素联合运动疗法组）46例。比较两组的血糖控制总有效率，并发症控制效果及治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果观察组的血糖控制总有效率明显高于对照组，并发症控制效果优于对照组，治疗后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显低于治疗前及对照组（P〈0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合运动疗法在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值较高，血糖及并发症的控制效果均较好。

Application value of insulin glargine combined with exercise therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the application value of insulin glargine combined with exercise therapy in pa- tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from August 2010 to February 2013 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group（insulin glargine group,n=46） and the observation group （insulin glargine combined with exercise therapy group,n=46）.The total effective rate of blood glucose control,control effect of complications and blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group was higher than that of in the control group,the control effect of complications was better than that of in the control group,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after the treatment were obviously lower than that be- fore the treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of insulin glargine combined with exercise therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is higher,and its control effect of blood glucose and complica- tions are all better.
