低分子肝素钙联合血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果观察

目的观察低分子肝素钙联合血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2010年4月-2013年4月本院神经内科收治的48例脑梗死患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各24例。对照组给予血栓通注射液治疗，观察组给予低分子肝素钙联合血栓通注射液治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91．7％，对照组总有效率为79．2％，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈O．05）；两组凝血酶原时间及纤维蛋白原指标均有明显改善，且观察组改善程度优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论低分子肝素钙联合血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死疗效显著，可有效改善血液学指标，值得在临床上推广应用。

The clinical efficacy observation of low molecular weight heparin calcium and Xueshuantong in treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium and Xueshuantong in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 48 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 24 cases. The control group was given Xueshuantong,and the observation group was given low molecular weight heparin calcium and Xueshuantong.The clinical effect was compared of two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was 91.7% and that in the control group was 79.2%,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The blood prothrombin time and fibrinogen of two groups was significantly improved, and the degree of improvement of observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium and Xueshuantong in treatment of cerebral infarction is signifi- cant.It can improve patient＇s blood deficits,is worth for clinical application and promotion.
