血塞通联合三磷酸胞苷二钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析

目的探讨血塞通联合三磷酸胞苷二钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将76例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各38例。对照组给予静脉滴注生理盐水250m1（加入血塞通0．4g）和5％的葡萄糖盐水250ml（加入胞二磷胆碱0．75g）治疗；观察组在此基础上，加用三磷酸胞苷二钠治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为89．5％，明显高于对照组的68.4％（P〈0．05），两组均未出现严重的不良反应和并发症。结论血塞通联合三磷酸胞苷二钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果显著，并发症和不良反应发生率低，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of Xuesaitong combined with cytidine triphosphate dis- odium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuesaitong combined with cytidine triphosphate disodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group （n=38） and the control group （n=38）.The control group were treated with intravenous drip of 250 ml physiological saline （added with 0.4 g Xuesaitong） and 250 ml glucose saline of 5% （added with 0.75 g citicoline）, while the observation group were given cytidine triphosphate disodium on the basis of treatment the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （89.5%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （68.4%） （P〈0.05） and the two groups had no serious adverse effects and complications. Conclusion The clinical effect of Xuesaitong combined with cytidine triphosphate disodium treating acute cerebral infarction,and this methods has lower rate of complications and adverse effects.It is worthy of clinical promo- tion and application.
