摘    要:目的探讨在神经导航指导下,脑深部病变及周围结构的定位和外科手术治疗效果。方法应用StealthStation神经导航系统,显微手术切除43例脑内占位病变,总结治疗效果及定位的准确性。结果43例脑内占位病变,全切除39例(90.7%)、次全切除4例(9.3%)。无症状加重及死亡。结论使用神经导航系统,在术前可制定脑肿瘤手术计划,术中提供瘤体的动态跟踪和实时导航.手术定位准确、可靠,有助于肿瘤全切除及降低手术并发症。

Abstract:Objective To locate intracerebral lesion and their peri-structures by the guide of neuronavigation system and elucidate surgical effects.Methods 43 patients with intracranial lesions were microsurgically treated with StealthStation neuronavigation system.The treatment effects and neuronavigational accuracy were summarized.Results In all 43 patients,total lesions removal was achieved in 39 cases (90.7%),subtotoal removal in 4 case (9.3%).The neurological functions were improved.No case died.Conclusion The navigation system is reliable and accurate in making craniacerebral neurosurgical plans before operation.It can provide dynamic tracing of the lesion in the surgical operation and guide its manipulating.The technology helps total removal of lesions and decrease postoperative complications.
