荷叶产地加工与饮片炮制一体化工艺研究

摘    要:目的 优选荷叶产地加工与饮片炮制一体化(以下简称一体化)工艺。方法 采用9种不同的一体化炮制工艺制备荷叶饮片,采用热浸法测定醇溶性浸出物的含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定荷叶碱、金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷的含量,同时与按《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版(一部)方法制备的荷叶传统饮片进行比较。结果 优选的一体化工艺为将新鲜荷叶置干燥箱内90 ℃烘至七成干(含水量约为30%)时,取出切丝,再置干燥箱内50 ℃干燥,一体化工艺具有良好的稳定性和重复性。与传统炮制工艺相比,一体化工艺所得荷叶饮片中醇溶性浸出物的量相近,荷叶碱、金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷含量均较高。结论 优选的一体化炮制工艺操作简单、省时、省力,且荷叶中活性成分含量较高。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the integrated technology of producing area processing and decoction pieces processing of lotus leaves (hereinafter refer to "integration").Methods Nine different integrated processing technonogies were used to prepare the decoction pieces of lotus leaves. The content of alcohol-soluble extract was measured by hot-extraction method, and the contents of nuciferine, hyperin and isoquercitrin were measured by HPLC. At the same time,the products were compared with traditional lotus leaf decoction pieces prepared according to the method of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (partⅠ).Results The best integrated technology was to bake fresh lotus leaves in a drying oven at 90 ℃ until 70% dry (30% water content), remove the leaves and cut them into shreds, and then put them in a drying oven at 50 ℃. The integrated process had good stability and repeatability. Compared with the traditional processing technology, the alcohol-soluble extracts of lotus leaves decoction pieces prepared by the integrated process were similar,and the contents of nuciferine, hyperin and isoquercitrin were higher.Conclusion The preferred integrated processing technology was simple, time-saving, and labor-saving, with high content of active ingredients.
