肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者焦虑抑郁状态及淋巴细胞凋亡的临床研究

目的 :探讨肝郁脾虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者焦虑抑郁状态及淋巴细胞凋亡情况。方法 :选符合中医肝郁脾虚证的慢性疲劳综合征患者 4 3例 ,并取健康志愿者 2 7例为对照组 ,同时填写焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、抑郁状态问卷 (DSI) ,采血查外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率及 bcl- 2表达。结果 :慢性疲劳综合征患者 SAS评分、DSI指数明显高于对照组 ,外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率、bcl- 2表达明显高于对照组 ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :慢性疲劳综合征患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁状态 ,其发病与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率、bcl- 2表达明显增高有关 ,这可能是该病病理生理机制之一。

Clinical Study on the State of Depression and Anxiety in Patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Typed Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency and the Lymphocyte Apoptosis

Objective:To observe the state of depression and anxiety in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome typed liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and the lymphocyte apoptosis.Method:43 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome typed liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of TCM.And 27 volunteers were set up as the control group.Patients in both groups were asked to fill in the self evaluated scale of anxiety and questionnaire of depression.And the lymphocyte apoptosis rate and expression of bcl-2 were detected in peripheral blood.Result:The SAS score,the DSI index,the lymphocyte apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 rate of the patients were much higher than the volunteers.The differences between the two groups were notable (P<0.01). Conclusion:The patients of chronic fatigue syndrome have the state of anxiety and depression,and the occurrence of this state has relation to high rate of lymphocyte apoptosis and bcl-2 expression.This probably is one of the physiopathologic mechanisms of the disease.
