应用环孢素治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

目的对应用环孢素治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效进行统计和分析。方法选取我院2005年10月至2011年10月收治的难治性溃疡性肠炎的患者42例,随机分为两组患者,甲组患者22例,采用环孢素口服治疗;乙组患者20例,采用常规性口服治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果甲组患者的治疗效果显著优越于乙组患者的临床治疗效果、肠镜下表现、血CRP,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用环孢素治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效好,能有效缓解结肠炎临床症状及体征,安全可靠性高,无不良反应,适宜临床广泛应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Applying Cyclosporin on the Treatment of Refractory Ulcerative Colitis

Objectives Analyzing and censusing the clinical effect of applying cyclosporin to treat refractory ulcerative colitis. Methods 42 patients with refractory ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from October 20t0 to October 2011 were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly, Group A and Group B, each group for 22 cases. Group A a were treated with cyclosporin oral and Group B were treated with conventional antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid oral. Comparing and analyzing the clinical therapeutic effect of 2 groups. Results The clinical effect of Group A was better evidently than that of Group B, and the difference was evident, which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Applying cyclosporin to treat refractory ulcerative colitis has good effect, can remit the clinical symptoms and signs of colitis, has high safety and reliability, and has no adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
