某院心内科临床用药的常见问题及合理用药分析

目的探讨我院心内科的临床用药常见问题,分析促进合理用药。方法对2009年1月至2012年2月入我院心血管内科住院治疗的648例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析统计不合理用药情况。结果我院心内科648例患者中出现临床用药问题共38例,占比5.86%,用药问题中占前三位的分别是抗菌药物使用不合理12例(1.84%),配伍不合理7例(1.08%),用法用量不合理5例(0.77%);合理用药主要体现在用药剂量控制、老年人用药问题和药物联合应用问题等方面。结论我院心内科临床用药常见问题主要是抗菌药物使用不合理、配伍不合理和重复使用同类药物等,临床医师应多总结经验,提高心血管临床用药的合理性。

The Analysis of the Frequently Questions and Rational Drug in the Department of Cardiology in A Hospital

Objective To investigate the clinical common drug problem in the department of Cardiology and to promote the rational drug use. Methods The clinical data of 648 cases of hospital cardiovascular medicine hospitalization from January 2009 to February 2012 were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the statistical irrational drug use. Results There were 38 cases with clinical treatment issues in the department of cardiology in the 648 patients, accounting for 5.86%. The top three for the use of drugs were the unreasonable use of antibiotics with 12 cases （1.84%）, seven unreasonable cases of compatibility （1.08%）,5 cases of unreasonable dosage （0.77%）.The rational use of drugs was mainly reflected in the control of the dosage, the elderly, drug problem and drug combination problems. Conclusion The frequently questions of the clinical drug in the department of cardiology are mainly the inappropriate use of antimicrobial agents, compatibility unreasonable and repeated use of similar drugs, clinicians should sum up experience and improve the rationality of cardiovascular in clinical medicine.
