2型糖尿病胰岛素泵持续皮下注射的疗效观测

目的系统评价采用胰岛素泵持续注射(CSⅡ)胰岛素与传统多次注射胰岛素(MSⅡ)在治疗2型糖尿病患者过程中的血糖控制和恢复胰岛B细胞功能方面的临床疗效。方法随机将100例目标患者(2型糖尿病患者)分配为观察组50例和对照组50例,观察组分给予持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗,对照组给多次注射胰岛素,4周/疗程。根据采集数据和随访结果,对比两种治疗方法产生的临床效果差异。结果显示CSⅡ和MSⅡ两种方法均可有效地控制目标患者体内的血糖浓度,但经CSⅡ治疗后发现患者血糖水平控制稳定且胰岛素用量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CSⅡ疗法较MSⅡ疗法更迅速、平稳、持久控制2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,且胰岛素用量较低,疗效显著,是临床治疗2型糖尿病的理想方法。

Curative Effect Observation of Type 2 Diabetes Insulin Pump Continuous Subcutaneous Injection

Objeetive System evaluation using insulin pump continuous injection （CS 17 ） insulin and traditional multiple insulin injections（MS Ⅱ ） in the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes patients in the course of glycemic control and restoration of the function of islet B cell with respect to clinical efficacy. Method 100 cases （ patients with type II diabetes mellitus ） randomly distribute into the observation group 50 cases and the control group patients, observation group to give continuous subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment for multiple insulin injections, a control group, 4 week / treatment. According the collected data to compare the clinical effect differences of two methods. Results CS 17 and MS Ⅱ methods can effectively control targets in patients with in vivo glucose concentration, but the CS Ⅱafter treatment were detected in blood glucose levels in patients with stable control and insulin were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CS Ⅱ MS 17 therapy therapy is more rapid, stable,long-term control in patients with type II diabetes blood glucose levels,and insulin dosage is low, a significant effect, is the clinical treatment of type II diabetes ideal method.
