基底动脉尖综合征的临床诊治体会

目的探讨基底动脉尖综合征(TOBS)的临床表现及影像学特征。方法对20例TOBS患者的临床表现及影像资料进行分析。结果临床表现复杂多样,多以眩晕、不同的意识障碍、眼球运动障碍、视物模糊、肢体运动障碍多见。影像特征为丘脑、小脑、颞叶、枕叶、中脑等梗死多见,磁共振较CT敏感。结论基底动脉尖综合征复杂多样的临床表现及影像学改变,愈后差,病死率高。

Clinical Diagnosis Experience on Top of the Basilar Arterysyndrome

Objective To investigate top of the basilar artery syndrome（TOBS）of the clinical manifestations and imaging characteristics. Methods 20cases of TOBSpatients with clinical manifestations and imaging data analysis. Results The clinical manifestations are diverse and complex, many with vertigo, different disturbance of consciousness, eye movement disorders, blurred vision, limb movement disorder. Image featuresof thalamic, cerebellar, temporal lobe, occipital lobe, midbrain, infarction, magnetic resonance imaging is more sensitive than CT. Conclusion Top of the basilar artery syndrome complex and diverse clinical manifestations and imaging changes, more after the poor, the high fatality rate.
