术前预存式自体血采集过程中不良反应原因分析及对策

目的了解预存式自体血采集过程中不良反应的发生率和发生原因,并提出有针对性的预防措施。方法对择期手术且符合自体采血指征的患者进行采血预存,对采集过程中出现不良反应的病例进行原因分析,并提出相应护理对策。结果 2002年至2008年自体采血共597例次,有34例次(5.70%)出现不同程度的采血不良反应,主要是与患者心理因素、身体状况和医务人员的穿刺技术有关。结论护士熟练掌握自体血采集过程中发生不良反应的原因及对策,才能使患者顺利度过术前准备期。

Causes and countermeasures of adverse reactions during autologous blood collection before operation for pre-storing

Objective To explore the incidence and causes of adverse reactions during autologous blood collection before operation,and develop effective countermeasures. Methods The patients,who would receive selective operation and accorded with the indications of autologous blood transfusion,received autologous blood collection. The incidence of adverse reactions and their causes were recorded. Results There were 34 cases （5.70%） with different degrees of adverse reactions among a total of 597 eases from 2002 to 2008. The major causes were psychological factors,physical conditions of the patients, and the puncture skills of the medical personnel. Conclusion Nurses should be familiar with the causes and countermeasures of adverse reactions of autologous blood collection to ensure patients＇safety during the preoperative period.
