多层螺旋CT与MRI在手部肌腱损伤诊断中的应用

目的探讨手部闭合性肌腱损伤的多层螺旋CT与MRI影像特点,比较2种方法的应用价值。方法回顾分析38例经手术证实的手部闭合性肌腱损伤患者病例资料,分析不同类型肌腱损伤的多层螺旋CT与MRI影像特点,比较2种方法的应用价值。结果肌腱损伤多层螺旋CT图像主要表现为肌腱增粗、断端迂曲、密度减低,MRI图像主要表现为断端高信号,孪缩。完全性肌腱断裂多层螺旋CT和MRI诊断无显著性差异。对肌腱慢性局限性损伤,MRI诊断优于多层螺旋CT。结论多层螺旋CT和MRI均为无创检查方法,对肌腱损伤定位、定性准确,可为手术提供准确的解剖依据。在显示慢性局限性肌腱损伤方面,MRI更有优势。

Application of multislice spiral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of hand tendon injury

Objective It is to approach the imaging features of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in hand tendon injury,and compare the application value of the two methods.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with hand tendon injury whose were verified by surgery were retrospectively reviewed.The imaging features of MSCT and MRI in hand tendon injury were investigated and the application values of the two methods were compared.Results MSCT signs of tendon injury were thickening circuity and density diminution.MRI signs were hyper-intensity and contracture of broken ends.MSCT and MRI had no significant difference in complete injury.For chronic limitations of tendon injury,MRI diagnosis is better than that of MSCT.Conclusion MSCT and MRI are all accurate method of choice in the diagnosis of tendon injury,it can provide accurate anatomical basis for clinical operation.Compare with MSCT,MRI has more advantages in the display of chronic limitations of tendon injury.
