大肠癌患者个性特征、精神状态及应对方式的相关分析

目的探讨大肠癌患者个性特征、精神状态及应对方式的相关性。方法选取大肠癌患者162例,先行焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,根据术前精神状态分为2组,术前非焦虑患者104例为对照组,术前焦虑患者58例为观察组,再行艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)调查和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)调查,分析患者的个性特征、精神状态及应对方式的相关性。结果大肠癌患者的SAS得分明显高于国内常模的SAS得分(P<0.05)。其中焦虑患者58例,术前焦虑发生率35.8%。观察组内外向评分明显低于对照组,神经质评分明显高于对照组。观察组精神质评分与掩饰评分与对照组比较无显著性差异。观察组积极应对评分明显低于对照组,消极应对评分明显高于对照组。精神状态与内外向的个性特征及积极应对的应对方式有显著负相关性,与神经质的个性特征及消极应对的应对方式有显著正相关性。结论大肠癌患者术前存在焦虑状况较为普遍,与其个性特征和应对方式具有一定的相关性,有针对性的护理干预可以明显改善患者的心理状况,缓解不良的精神状态以提高手术成功率。

Correlation analysis on personality characteristics, mental state and coping style of patients with colorectal cancer

Objective It is to investigate the correlation on personality characteristics,mental state and coping style of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 162 patients with colorectal cancer were selected,who underwent the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score firstly.According to preoperative mental state,patients were divided into two groups.104 patients with non-preoperative anxiety were in control group,and 58 patients with preoperative anxiety were in observation group.Than all patients underwent the Eysenck personality questionnaire Jane types scale Chinese Version(EPQ-RSC) survey and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ) investigation.Correlation on personality characteristics,mental state and coping style of patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed.Results SAS score of patients with colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of national norm SAS score(P<0.05).58 patients were preoperative anxiety;the rate of preoperative anxiety was 35.8%.49 patients were mild anxiety,7 patients were moderate anxiety,and 2 patients were severe anxiety.Inside and outside score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.Neuroticism score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Mental quality score and Hide score between the two groups(P>0.05).Positive coping score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.Negative coping score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.Mental status had significant negative correlation with internal and external in personality characteristics,positive coping in coping style.Mental status had significant positive correlation with neurotic personality characteristics,negative coping in coping style.Conclusion Patients with colorectal cancer and preoperative anxiety status is relatively common,which has certain relevance with their personality characteristics and coping style.Targeted nursing intervention can improve the patients' psychological status and ease the mental state in order to improve the success rate of operation.
