| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颌面骨缝皮样囊肿的病理特征、临床表现、诊断要点及治疗措施。方法回顾分析10例颌面骨缝皮样囊肿病人的临床资料,并对手术方法、切除范围及手术疗效进行分析。结果10例病人均无手术并发症,术后随访2～8年,治愈率90%。结论颌面骨缝皮样囊肿影像学表现有一定特征,手术是目前唯一有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical course, pathologic characteristics, diagnosis and surgical treatment of dermoid cyst of maxillofacial suture. Methods Ten cases of dermoid cyst of maxillofacial suture were reported with relevant literature reviewed. Results All the patients received surgical treatment with cure rate 90%. No recurrence was found as follow-up from 2 to 8 years. Conclusion There are some characteristic features in the clinical course and tomography of the dermoid cyst of maxillofa-cial suture. It's necessary to do CT or MRI examination. Surgical operation has been found as the only treatment up till now. |
