中国致病性新型隐球菌血清型的研究

本文应用标准血清型菌株,采用生化鉴别培养与血清学验证相结合的方法,首次对中国致病性新型隐球菌的血清型进行较为系统的研究。从全国共九个地区收集新型隐球菌菌株,经过系统的真菌学鉴定,其中的60株被确定为新型隐球菌株。分型结果表明,中国致病性新型隐球菌血清型的最大特点为缺乏C型,作者由此提出C型可能是中国以至整个亚洲地区的“缺乏型”,并得出以下结论:在中国(1)A型占大多数;(2)D型少见;(3)可见AD型及U型,(4)有一定比例的B型,但缺乏C型。

Study on the Serotype of Pathogenic Strains of Cryptococci Neoformans Isolated in China

Sero-types of pathologic cryptococci neoformans in China have initially been given a relatively extensive study with standard sero-types of strain and combination method of biochemically differential culture and serologic confirming. All samples of strains of cryptococci neoformans were collected from 9 areas of all China, and given a extensively fungologic identification 60 strains of them were identified strains of ctyptococcus neoformans. Typed resuIts have shown that the most characteristic point of sero-typcs of pathologic cryptococcl neoformans in China is lack of the type C of them. So that the authors has proposed that the type C is possibly "Type Lack" in China even throughout area of Asia, and concluded: in China, ①type A accounts for a most proportion in strains of cryptococci neofor mans;②type D is rare; ③types of AD and U and are found; ④type B exists in some proportion; and ⑤type C is lack.
