| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药碘对大鼠垂体性腺轴的影响。方法：采用放免法测定大鼠垂体激素卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、睾酮（T）。结果：高剂量中药碘能明显降低了T，对FSH，LH无明显影响。结论：高剂量碘能明显降低T。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of herbal iodine on the hypophysis-sex gland axle in rats. Methods: To determine the serum FSH, LH and testosterone (T) by means of radio-immune method. Results: High dose of herbal iodine could significantly decrease the serum testosterone and have little effect on the serum FSH and LH. Conclusion:High dose of herbal iodine could significantly decrease the serum testosterone. |
