胚胎干细胞在脊髓损伤中的应用

摘    要:神经干细胞具有自我增殖、分化、迁移及建立突触联系的特征,并可促进损伤神经组织的修复与再生。最近发现,经胚胎干细胞诱导的神经前体细胞植入受损伤的脊髓中,可分化为神经元和神经胶质细胞,并能促进脊髓功能的恢复,提示胚胎干细胞在中枢神经系统的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Neural stem cells not only have the ability to self renew and migrate but also to differentiate into neurons,astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. What is more,neural progenitor cells can contribute in repair and regeneration associated with central nervous injury. Recently,studies demonstrated that the neural progenitor cells,which had been induced by embryonic stem cell,can contributed to recovery of spinal cord function after transplantation into the injured spinal cord. As a result,the potential application of embryonic stem cell to central nervous damage is very promising.
