| 摘 要： | 我国是肝炎大国，随着甲、乙型肝炎疫苗的推广。甲、乙型肝炎在我国的危害得到控制并将逐渐减少，但与此同时，戊肝的危害慢慢凸现，因而成为我国的一个重要公共卫生问题。本文从戊肝的流行病学、动物感染、临床研究、重叠感染、血清抗-HEV流行规律、病毒分子生物学、基因型等多方面探讨了戊型肝炎的危害及研究现状。

| Abstract: | There is a high incidence of hepatitis in China, while with the extensive application of the hepatitis A, B vaccine, the diffusion of hepatitis A, B will be controlled and reduced. But hepatitis E becomes an dangerous problem of public health in China. This paper briefly reviewed the current diffusion and study situation of hepatitis E in epidemiology, clinical research, the molecular biology of the virus and genotype. |
