臭氧发生器的结构设计及性能评价

摘    要:以空气或氧气为气源,采用电晕放电技术,设计了一种由臭氧管、高频电源、风机和控制系统组成臭氧发生器。性能检测表明,气源及气体流量对臭氧产量有很大影响,随着气体中氧含量及气体流量升高,臭氧产量增加。该臭氧发生器产生臭氧浓度高,稳定性好,在空气及水净化方面有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:The ozone generator was designed by corona discharge technology.The source gas for generating ozone was air or oxygen gas.The generator was composed of the ozone tube,the high frequency power,the fan and the control system.The experimental results showed that the oxygen concentration and influent flux affected the output of ozone generated.Along with the rise of oxygen concentration and influent flux,the output of ozone generated raised.It indicates the good prospect in air cleaning and water purifying for its high ozone concentration and good steady and reliable.
