| 摘 要： | 目的 研究和探讨CT引导下经皮激光椎问盘减压术治疗颈椎病的临床应用.方法 对2005年5月至2007年10月,CT引导下经皮激光椎问盘减压术治疗颈椎病31例,进行回顾性分析.结果 总有效率93.6%,优良率74.2%,无效1例,无一例发生并发症.此外,穿刺失败1例.结论 CT引导下经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗颈椎病,具有侵入性小,安全有效,病人恢复快,尤其是操作医生不受放射线侵害等优点.但操作技术上还有待改进.
