| 摘 要： | 上颌骨外科纤毛囊肿可发生于上颌窦手术后的6个月-50a，本文报告2例病例，分别发生于手术后4a和9a，对相关文献进行了回顾，并对此种疾病的病因，临床表现，影像学及组织病理学特点，诊断及治疗进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Maxillary surgical ciliated cysts have been reported extensively as occurring 6 months to 50 yeary after surgery of the maxillary simses. This paper reported two cases with maxillary surgical ciliated cysts that developed 4 years and 9 years after maxillary sugery respectively, The relevant literatures were reviewed. and the possible etiology, histopathology, radiology, clinical symptoms and treatment were also discussed. |
